Most of these files are written by the app as you work, and you can also edit them by hand. Keys marked required must be present; the rest can be left out.

teams.yml

Where: Org root.

Top level

projections.yml

Where: config/ of the personal, team or org layer (first match wins per key, in that order). Retired: an agent's own context now decides what a workspace gets. CodeSense no longer copies anything from projections.yml. A leftover file only produces a one-time suggestion in the agent editor (“Add these to ‹Agent›'s context?”), which is never applied unless you accept it.
